COMPULSORY PURCHASE VALUATIONS AND NEGOTIATIONS

When a property is subject to a Compulsory Purchase Order the Local Authority will pay surveyors’ fees to insure that the owner receives professional advice with regard to the amount of compensation and other matters.

At Harris and Moss we have many years experience in dealing with cases such as these and will undertake an inspection of the property prior to liaising with the client and the appropriate Local Authority.
